Prices in the online store are listed in EUR (€) and include the value added tax (VAT). Prices are valid when the contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded, or when the customer receives a status message Order confirmed. The purchase contract (order) is electronically stored on the server of the seller and the buyer automatically receives the invoice at the registered e-mail address upon confirmation of the purchase. Prices are valid at the time of purchase and do not have a predetermined validity. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. If the product is currently out of stock, the buyer is notified about the date of delivery and will receive the product as soon as possible.

Ordering and shopping on

On the webstore, you can make a purchase either as a registered customer or as a guest. As a guest, you can complete a quick purchase without registration. When registering with the online store, the user gains a password and a username that is identical to his e-mail address. If a registered customer wants to change his email address or password, he can do so under the heading My account.

In the case of ordering products via telephone or e-mail, payment to the Imunofan d.o.o. transaction account (via the pro forma invoice) is mandatory (see Payment options).

The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is valid on the online store at the moment when the seller sends the first electronic message about the status of his order to the buyer. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply for both the seller and the buyer. The purchase contract (i.e., the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server.

Purchase Notification Procedure

After completing the order, the customer receives a notice by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The status and content of the order is available at all times to the registered users of and can be viewed on the website. In order to verify the data or to ensure the accuracy of delivery, the seller may call the customer on his contact telephone number. The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for physical persons, however, to complete a purchase it is in this case necessary for the buyer to enter the name of the company and the company’s tax number. Payment options are the same.

Payment Options

  1. Upon delivery – payment with cash is accepted on all products except the Imunofan spray.

Payment is issued to the delivery personnel.

If the buyer has chosen payment upon delivery, but does not accept the shipment and does not offer payment, this is considered a violation of the concluded contract – in this case the seller has the right to initiate the procedure of reimbursement.

Products can be paid for according to the invoice issued by Imunofan d.o.o, online store, to the transaction account no. SI56 6100 0001 3931 584, opened at Delavska hranilnica d.d. bank. When making a payment through a universal payment order (UPN), the GDSV purpose code (purchase of goods and services) must be entered and the number of the order should be given for reference.


The terms and costs of packaging and delivery are valid only within Slovenia. For delivery to other countries the cost of delivery is calculated according to the pricelist of the delivery company. The buyer carries any added charges that occur in countries outside Slovenia due to import.

Invoice Issuing

After delivery and payment of ordered products, the customer receives an invoice in pdf format to his or her e-mail address. The account contains the price and all the costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to verify the correctness of this data before an order is placed. Later claims regarding the correctness of issued invoices are not taken into consideration.


All ordered products, except the spray Imunofan, are delivered by City expres and Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian postal office). All products are discreetly packaged.

The cost of packing and delivery is 3,90 € if you select the delivery service City expres and € 3,40 if you choose Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian postal office).



Delivery service City expres provides reliable and flexible delivery.

The seller will deliver the package to the given address, and will, before delivery, notify the buyer and agree with him on the appropriate delivery date.

Pošta Slovenije offers classic and reliable delivery.

The postman will deliver the package to the given delivery address. In the event that the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a notice inside the mailbox, whereby the client can take the notice, together with an ID card, to the nearest post office and claim his parcel.

For the Imunofan spray, only fast delivery is possible so that you receive the product on the same day. This is needed in order to maintain the cold chain. Delivery is performed by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Postal Office). When ordering Imunofan, it is necessary to confirm the presence at the time of delivery, as it is important to immediately store the product in the refrigerator.

The cost of delivery with the Express Mail service provided by Pošta Slovenije is EUR 10.00.

Warning: The terms and costs of packaging and delivery are valid only within the Republic of Slovenia. For delivery to other countries, the cost of delivery is calculated according to the pricelist of the delivery company. Similarly, the buyer carries any charges necessary in countries outside Slovenia.


Delivery deadline, except for the Imunofan spray

The ordered goods are sent by the seller no later than in 48 hours after receiving the order. This deadline begins on the same day, if the order was plaaced by 2 pm, if the order was placed after 2 pm, this deadline begins after 2 pm the next day. We strive to get the package to you as soon as possible and all products in stock are almost always delivered the next day or within 2 business days. If the product is out of stock, the seller informs the buyer of the delivery date by e-mail or by telephone and ensures that the ordered goods are delivered as soon as possible. If the buyer does not receive the package within the agreed time limit, the seller should be informed. In this case, the seller will always do his best to find out where the package is located and make sure it is delivered to the customer as soon as possible.


If the buyer wishes to return a product or products for any reason, he or she must notify the seller via e-mail ( within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product/s. The ordered goods must be sent to: Imunofan d.o.o, Moste 39a, 1218 Komenda, within 30 days of the return notification. The items must be in their original packaging with their original attached invoice. Goods must be intact and unchanged.

Upon receiving the product, Imunofan d.o.o. reimburses the buyer the full price of the product, however, the customer incurs the costs arising from the delivery of returned goods. The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the product return message. Refund to the buyer is done exclusively by transfer to his transaction account. Money refunds are not possible.



In the event that the delivered products do not correspond to the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of the wrong products, incorrect quantities), the buyer must notify the seller via e-mail ( within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product and in in accordance with the agreement, return the delivered products, which will be replaced by the seller, free of charge, with the appropriate product/s. The seller also covers the costs of shipping and returning any of the originally delivered products. The originally delivered products can only be returned in unopened packages and must be undamaged.

In the event that the package in which the customer received the ordered products is physically damaged or if the product is missing or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate the complaint procedure at the delivery point (City Express or Pošta Slovenije). Do this by informing us, while we agree with the delivery service to take the package in the same condition as you received it. You must also fill out the reclamation report. Together with the delivery service we ensure the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.


The seller will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object. Advertising emails will contain the following components:

they will be clearly and unambiguously labelled as advertising messages,

the sender will be clearly visible,

various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. Also, the conditions for participation will be clearly defined,

the way to unsubscribe from receiving ad messages will be clear,

the user’s desire to not receive advertising messages will be respected by the seller.


Protection of Personal Data

The seller agrees to permanently protect all personal data of the buyer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004). The seller will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending invoices, information, offers) and other necessary communication. In no case will the user’s information be handed over to a third party. In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his/her e-mail address, username and password, and for ensuring his computer is porected with proper software protection.

Limitation of Liability

Imunofan d.o.o. attempts to ensure the up-to-date correctness of all the information published on our websites. However, product features, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that the seller fails to correct the information on the website. In this case, the seller will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to resign from the contract or replace the ordered product.

Complaints and Disputes

The seller respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The seller seeks to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to identify the person with whom, in the case of a problem, the customer may contact via telephone or e-mail. Complaints are submitted to the e-mail address: The complaint processing procedure is confidential. Within five working days, the seller will confirm that he has received the complaint and inform the buyer how long it will take to handle the complaint, as well as keep the buyer informed about the progress of the procedure. The seller is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself through legal means. This is also the main obstacle that prevents customers from initiating a dispute before a court. Therefore, the seller strives to do his best to resolve any dispute with mutual consent.


Out-of-court Settlement of Consumer Disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, we do not recognize any contractor for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent in resolving the consumer dispute that the consumer could launch under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
